Not for the person who doesn't knoiw what they're doing and who's wireless provider doesn't give them the option to change 5g to 4g. I had to Google a lot of information to know how to do this. But since having to do a network reset on my phone, I have to start all over again? It would be helpful if you had a How To video to explain things to "dummies" like me.

It doesn't stay lock into system and it wonders in to another catagory of different characters in channels (UMT/SCADM/NCVG). And not LTE this does do what it's supposed to do always fading out cause lack of internet connection.
