This app used to be great. Don't know what's happened over the last month or so but it literally closes and crashes every single time I charge a client. So frustrated with whatever "updates" acuity has done recently. Can't even report a bug because every time I go to submit it says "something went wrong. Please try again"

Very primitive app. Doesn't show client notes unlike though acuity scheduling website. Doesn't list the type of service each client booked for, unlike though acuity scheduling website. If the schedule starts at 9am the schedule interface of this app displays timeslots starting 1am, this is completely unnecessary makes the staff scroll for no reason. The Clients tab never loads client list, just keeps loading.

I am an esthetician and run my business with acuity so far so good. I really like all the integrations. It's very organized and there's alot of features I didn't realize would come in handy like global scheduling limits or how many appointments I'm willing to take in a day. Plus more, I've found this easy for myself and my clients even the ones who are not technologically savvy to use to book appointments with me. Takes a while t9 get used to any new application but this one has been my favorite

Acuity needs more built-in features ASAP. They're FAR behind other booking apps. I just switched from Booksy and I'm disappointed that everything I need, I have to find an external integration for. I can't send blast emails to my clients until they opt-in to receiving mail, which is crazy. There's no option to add card processing fees, so I had to find an external app to use my stripe card reader. Clients can't add more than one main service so you end up making a LONG list of add-ons. SUCKS!

I too used to love the app. Since the update it never goes to the right day. It also shows all my coworkers. My app will not save just viewing me. I always have to take them off and then find the correct day. Please go back to the way it was! **update, it's continually deleting my clients phone numbers and they don't get their reminder text!

It's okay but I don't love it. There are certain features that can only be accessed via the website and the navigation just seems like it could be more intuitive. There are simple fixes that could make it more visually comfortable when looking at the week in landscape mode, the navigation bar on top and the dates take up almost 1/3 of the screen. I have my calendar synced to Google and I find myself switching between the two apps a lot in order to reference my schedule.

Update 6/12/24 Everything seems to be working so much better. Haven't really had any more issues. Update... 12/29/22. Still shuts down spontaneously. No updates since 3/2022!!! Very slow loading. I came here hoping there was an update available so I could fix this issue. I also just use it to quickly look at my schedule because you can't do much else with it. No integration apps show up in this app. I have to log into the site via web to do use all the features.

I've been a customer of acuity since 2017. This app was great. The last year with all their changes and updates have really been a major disappointment. Lately the app is taking a very long time to load. Almost a full minute at times. My blocked out time pick and choose when they will be shaded on my calendars. Ive reported this multiple times and only get computer responses with no real help.

This app was fantastic until Squarespace started taking everything over. It's lost almost all of its functionality for me. I used to be able to take payments for any product through the app, now that's not an option. I used to be able to grab a link to our products and send it to people quickly, now that's gone. Basically all I can do is look at our calendar, do scheduling, and edit our services (why I can edit but not share products boggles my mind).

I switched from Vagaro - I use square to take payments and I needed something that I can sync. It seems great in a lot of ways , BUT some big hangups 1. Enter an appointment you're not given a drop down clock for the time, but to manually enter it 2. To block time, you have to click a completey separate button, not the calendar. Time consuming and combined with #1, room for error. 3. Calendar view is AWUFL ! We should be able to view the week in portrait to quickly tell clients availability
