The app keeps saying my details are incorrect, meanwhile they are correct. I don't know what to do because I have to make international payments but I can't do that because the app won't let me sign up to generate tokens. Please fix this.

It has never worked since I installed it more than a year ago. The otp generate Button is covered by the information and settings icons. I've tried and tried and tried to generate but to no avail. I've been handicapped whenever I need to use Internet banking option. I complained to the bank but I was told to just keep using the mobile app. Unfortunately I can only fund my eNaira wallet using Internet banking as the mobile app does not allow me to do that. If only they listened and solve.
