Overall functional bank with decent app experience once you are in

NFC scan for passport is unreliable and often fails, causing frustration during account setup

The App is ok apart from no English version. Customer Service at Knab is very limited, I can not recommended this bank

Not possible to open an account. Nfc scan of my passport (Dutch) doesn't want to get picked up by the App. (Yes I have watched the video etc) it just immediately gives a popup error. NFC is enabled, is there an alternative option? Choosing the skip option just brings you back to the nfc scan. If its this difficult to open an account I have doubts about how the day to day functions will work?
