Design needs to get up to date with today's mobile UI/UX standards. Some functionality is not available on the mobile app such as renaming an account, etc.. Should offer a way to export a statement in pdf or otherwise since screenshot is not possible. Why do transactions take a long time to show up and not in real time? And why there isnt an option to view the iban of my accounts?

Victor Saliba, 2024-12-31App is outdated and functionality is poor, sometimes I would enter the right pin but the app will say it's incorrect and will just lock me out for hours. I've also changed phones recently and trying to login on a new device is just confusing and complicated with very little guidance. Changing passwords is time consuming too, as you actually have to call the bank. Things have gotten too frustrating with Bov (not just with the app) and I will be changing banks when I get the chance.
