Hopeless customer support via email or call (for English speaking customers). I have been trying for over a week to help resolve my registration Issue but they keep hanging up when I request for an English speaker and after a few call attempts they don't respond to the calls. I have sent several emails as well with no response. It's extremely disappointing even before actually starting to use the service. What a disappointment. So unprofessional.

Cars in very bad and dangerous condition. Android app unstable and comes with a bunch of bugs. Customer service could be slightly more professional. While the concept of GoTo is a great and sustainable idea, its implementation is more terrible than anything else. Can't recommend.
