Absolute worst experience...my pre paid order was canceled and I was asked to order again saying that the previous payment will be refunded . It has been months and they just avoid and give no response except that the amount will bw refunded soon but 10 months have passed and my amount has not been refunded.

Prakriti Koul, 2024-06-18Products are always out of stock!! I just dont understand why can't they restock their products. Already the variety is limited, on top of that products are always out of stock. Because of that, often I have to settle for brands I dont prefer. Like in make-up they only have blue heaven!!! So frustrating!! This happens when you don't have competition in your game, you don't want to improve. I sincerely hope blinkit, big basket zapto etc to make their debut in srinagar.

Usha Kiran, 2023-09-15The chips are almost always out of stock,it's not a difficult commodity to get,also,out of stock items are displayed in search, which means if i search for something and 10 items are displayed all 10 can be out of stock,i am a regular user.of the service and I hope my 1-start will make them notice the flaws,I'll update the rating as soon as the things are sorted
