I don't know why but it changes font while you print a document that have times new Roman fonts for resolving it I have to use data conversion service why can't you fix this? I have to do this every time while printing a times new Roman document

This app and printer is GARBAGE! Extremely frustrating and difficult to use, has been glitchy since day one. I had to take over an hour out of my day calling the help line just to set the wireless print function up because it wouldn't connect on its own like it should have. Finally got it working with my Android, but never able to connect to my husbands iphone. Now, 6 months later, the app updated and we're back to square one. The thing is USELESS without the wireless print function!!
