I want to pay the balance, but it is showing no Internet connection since the last update, also whenever I choose to chat with the customer service they say thank you.. and close the chat... what the hell is going on with this app, I have been using it since 2021 or 22... i never had an issue since they payment changed to esi... now either I can payback nor I can contact... please help.

Zestmoney doesn't give loan so quickly, my credit score is 740, still I don't see any offer from other lots. Thanks for showing inter this is what is written It's a useless app, it's been 6/7 days, still verification is pending.
