This app had compiled once before that KYC option was not coming and there was no customer support. Next time the mistake was that the option of KYC was not visible but there is no customer support in the ATM card. Even calls are not being received, now the problem is that if I call for video KYC through this app, then the call is not picked up.

This App is totally a wastage of time. Literally it took my data and I was waiting in queue for verification of my vkyc but nothing happened so kindly don't scam people if you don't have enough resources and asks you to pay 1 rupee for vkyc - disgusting and disssapointing- i recommend everyone to stay away from junio app
