When you are already verifying the phone number with otp, you don't need the user to sign up with email and password. I don't know what project manager has required this hindrance to the user flow. Immediately uninstalled. Delete my account.

2 stars for the app and 4 stars for the service. The app is unable to give a smooth experience. It won't let you return and will tell you unable to connect. Samething happened while unlocking. If you need to reach urgent in your byk don't wait for the last moment. You may have to wait you wouldn't know how much. It took me 45 minutes to get started today.
