Great app, the translation from hungarian to English doesn't always work

It's disturbing they can't put together a working chat bot (Vanda) and that after 4 years and 10 issue submits just from me alone, their core customer support chat disconnects and cannot reconnect if your phone locks during the conversation...... Edit: replying to the reply. Zoltán: I did more then 10 times already. What is the escalation channel here as the default one does not work! Dear replier: I contacted you through email, chat and phone.
