Worst app I've ever experienced. I've been charged so much money from this place and I've been trying to cancel for weeks and I have gone through multiple new debit cards and I have no idea how they keep getting my new debit card. SCAM! I had the same experience and most others, except I Did hit skip, bu the app froze and then charged me anyway. The chat bot gave me an inoperable help email. I got through to them via their PayPal email, but they have repeatedly declined my request foe a refund. PayPal did refund me, but idk if they will try to charge me back. I am also reporting them to the Attorney General and BBB. Just don't...

Horrible. So the cancellation process does not work. But if u pay through pay pal. You can cancel payment through them to turn the payment from active to inactive and they wont be able to take any more money from your account. Under settings and payments in pay pal
