Nope. Heard back from them instantly and had the matter resolved quickly. ALL of this happened within less than 15 minutes. Love it

Used dice to buy tickets to my favorite band, and after I completed my purchase, I noticed i accidentally messed up on some info. I sent support a message, and I kid you not, they fixed it AND got back to me 90 seconds later, give or take, plus it was on New Years Day! I'll definitely continue to use this app! Thank you so much🤠
