worst app ever. My previous plan was 1gb per day. then before the month's end I recharge because I thought that the auto renew is the same plan that I have but unfortunately It's not. It was a different package they offer. How come it's set to auto renew if it's a different package? you put the auto renew for nothing and steal money from your clients. Better switch to other provider.

Update review jan. 2025: I've been a du postpaid plan user for more than 10 years. I like the quick overview of my postpaid plan. But currently, ever since the recent update 2-3 months ago (new du app UI), I'm not able to pay my Postpaid plan bills thru online card payment via the du app. It always gives an error page from the du app. I end up paying on the website du quickpay which is inconvenient.
