very insightful. 2025 Update EXTREMELY insightful. The app was doing some behind the scenes look at my results and found out that I'm actually effected by the weather I was so surprised by that and it helps me a lot knowing why I feel certain ways. The HRV feature is great! I pay for the premium subscription just for that. The data syncing from other apps is a great concept, but I've yet to bring it all together, as the app syncing process is fairly confusing. Apps must be connected through other apps with the permissions properly configured for all. There's no chat feature, AI or otherwise, which compounds the confusion. Most of the health information dispensed is sound and helpful, but some is outdated and smacks of the food pyramid era
