Totally useless app, never works..web check-in on app fails everytime, website also fails everytime. Tried to reach out to customer care, waiting since 15 mins already, no body have picked phone yet. Pathetic service. I will never make this mistake of opting spicejet.

Pathetic service. My flight rescheduled 3 times without prior information. Rescheduling was done making us wait in checkin que for 3 hours. Poor old unclean plane. Before boarding your being checked 4 times ... Pure torture. They will weigh your handbag .. ask extra charges before boarding. They search whole handbag as if your criminals ... Pathetic.
