Very poor app. Extremely slow and often doesn't load at all. Changing between WiFi and data, or closing background apps doesn't help. It's also not possible to search transactions in the app. Searching is a basic function to be able to trace older transactions. You have to download them and search the file. Really awkward. Given there is no backup website option I would not recommend a virgin money credit card.

I have been unable to view my statements on the App in the last few weeks. Neither can I authenticate payments using the App. I have ended up using the text option to approve payments for my 2 transactions.
