Android app worked well in 2022, but in 2025 it is very slow to load tests and frequently aborts with a "something went wrong" error message. Contributor support used to be excellent but has become very frustrating and unhelpful in the last year. I basically have to troubleshoot and solve my own technical problems, and the support agents don't listen to the expert-level feedback I provide as a seasoned computer industry professional. My suggestions for improvement are ignored year after year.

One of the tests tells me it can take up to *90 minutes* to complete, so I do the test, complete it and submit it, but then I get an email stating I took longer than 80 minutes to complete the test so it has been released to other contributers instead. Edit: I was eventually able to get compensation for it. But the app still seems buggy and tells me there was a problem a lot of the time. I also don't have a way to continue tests once I've accidentally closed the app or anything. Will keep using
