This company’s customer service is incredibly disappointing. I’ve reached out multiple times regarding an issue with my order, but they never respond. To make matters worse, my order wasn’t assigned to a shopper, and I had to wait endlessly without any updates or resolution. It’s clear they don’t value their customers or their time.

This app has a bad service & support they always had problem and mistakes with the orders and everytime when i submit a complain they tell me that the store will contact me and they don't , even they remove points i earned as hell ( like if i order daily and collect 4 millions points from 6 months and if I don't use them for couples of weeks they reduce more than 2 millions as if they scamming ) This app is a joke and it's over , it's never been a way to deal with customers 👎👎👎👎👎👎
