It's an amazing app however, whenever my battery just got to 50% or more my TikTok completely glitches and turns my screen from Black to White frequently. My phone is completely fine and not damaged and this app is a complete bug. I have to re download it everytime this happens and it's now getting very annoying and frustrating.

It frequently crashes and lags, and there have been instances where I was logged out and couldn’t access my account for days. Now, the app constantly lags and refreshes itself, making it almost unusable. This doesn’t feel like the reliable TikTok we’re accustomed to. I hope the developers can address these issues soon and bring back the smooth performance we expect.

Derick Pardilla, 2025-01-12I had this app on my other device (my tablet to be specific) it was great and I don't have any lag or hang issues until I moved it to my new phone, I have checker other apps and it's completely fine with no lag problems at all. Another thing is whenever I open the tiktok app on my phone it would freeze in the tiktok logo in my screen, please fix this asap!
