I tried to call and ask for an assistance on my issue about mobile recharging but the customer did not explain it very well, i tried to explain to her what is my situation but she keep on telling me to go to something i did not understand. I tried to open the application and ask but she did not explain it step by step and keep on telling me to go to something that i did not understand and i think she is in a hurry. So disappointing 😔😔 I hope your customer service will prioritize helping people
