I'm not happy at all. Okay uhm I went to the branch and changed the changed the cellphone number linked to my profile and had a new one linked. When I login, it tells me to confirm the number linked to my profile but when I do that, yes I do get an OTP but after entering it, I'm taken back to confirming the number and it does that over and over again. Mind you I'm using the latest version and my phone has no network problems.

Why does this App take so long to show any updates, including My Updates notifications! This is how you allow fraud to occur! Can you please refer to the App to note the updates that have not occurred! This is ridiculous!!! SMS notifications are much more reliable! Also, the chat does not allow a client to show this to you!
