대형증권사 앱이라고 상상도 안되는 수준의 앱... UX가 구식인건 그렇다쳐도 인터페이스 전반이 최악이고 대체 뭐가 어딨는지 찾기 어려움. 최악인건 12시 넘으면 왜 갑자기 모든 인증 업무가 셧다운 되는지..? 계좌개설-간편인증 등록까지 이렇게 오래걸린 적은 처음임.. 얼굴인증하는 것도 계속 오류떠서 불편한데 문자인증은 뭐 12시 넘으면 서버를 막아버리는건지 아예 먹통.. 리테일 규모작은 중소형 증권사도 이 모양 이꼴은 아님. 제발 각성하세요.
