Extremely disappointed with Rentomojo's service. They confirmed my address for delivery, but after waiting all day, the delivery was rescheduled for 7 days later. On the new date, the same thing happened, and now, I still haven't received my product. This repeated rescheduling and lack of communication is unacceptable. Rentomojo needs to improve their service and respect their customers' time.

Do not fall for this scam. They will not show what kind of product they are going to deliver. First I was sent a mattress which was over used and was in bad condition so I asked to change the mattress. The second one I got is worse than that. We throw away mattress in this condition. The "wooden bed" I was delivered is of the worst wood possible. And now if I don't want to use them I'd have to pay extra charges for not using this product but taken it for 6 months.
