Completely unsatisfied with their service. They never pay refund amount correctly unless you raise a complaint. This is a frequent issue, and still they didn't sort it out despite promising for further escalations. On top of this, items are not delivered correctly. I am unsubscribing all my deliveries, and moving to other grocery apps.

Worst service by this App and highly dissatisfied...Despite the App showing successful delivery i never received the product at all.. this is extremely frustrating. Especially when relying on daily essentials like milk. I tried calling up customer care many times but that also didn't work. If any sales rep insist you to buy their subscription DON'T go for it...!!
