After having received a horrible service in Gemlik area, wrote through this app a complaint. No one responded. Days after the incident, called şok directly. Was told that someone would get back to me. This was about two weeks ago. Beware! Apparently, my review wasn't clear enough about your resolutions department. I DID CALL WITHOUT AVAIL! I'm deleting the app and no intentions on using your poor services via app/online.
