The $25/mo for a server that only works half the time and will randomly boot you. They make it impossible to reach an actual representative for help. I cancelled my account and payment. They charged me again and now there's no way to cancel it because the account tied to the charge "doesn't exist" anymore. Had to create a new account (same email) just to be able to get to customer service and all that is is a never ending circle jerk of go here, read this. Worst company I've ever seen. 0/5

Overall a decent app, the company itself is where my divide lies. Minecraft is the only game, out of all the MASSIVE games they support, that allows extra ram. I play arma reforger and ark etc massive open world games, and the server has a hard time sometimes, specifically when setting graphics and render distance up etc. But of all games, Minecraft, is the only game that supports more ram... I've crashed the server COUNTLESS times because of this flaw..
