Typically, we love this app and have experienced little to no issues. Recently, the thermostat schedule is not working correctly. Temps are being auto adjusted at wrong times. I can't find where to check the time of on the app but the actual thermostat shows the correct time. My first thought was, maybe it's not adjusting with daylight savings but everything I've found says that it should auto adjust if connected to wifi. How can you help?

Too slow opening, despite being at home on quality WiFi. 2 years later update: no improvement. Running Pixel 6 and local wifi and still the app takes way too long to load. 2025 update (5 years later): app is still too slow to open/load everything. Moved all my cameras over to Unifi and usually just walk to the wall to adjust the temperature instead of watching a page load.
