It takes hours-and-hours for either app to capture the update of my successful re-subscription, therebt giving the impression that my payment hasn't been ascertained. 3. Customer Service is GRAVELY SLUGGISH in responding to feedback/complaints such as this. I WILL NEVER RATE MyDStv above one-star!

I used m coins to purchase for Competition Entries and I get deducted but I cant enter the competitions as its always unsuccessful. And then time frame for the competition is close to expiring but every time I try its a failure. Whats the purpose because I have all the slots but it cant be allocated. Had I known, I would have chose something else or else if its was unsuccessful, why m I not given the option of not reconverting it back to coins so I can choose something which will work.
