Another bug: Keep receiving error messages when trying to link valid booking number. Bug: Keep receiving emails addressed to someone else. Tried to reply to say they had the wrong person, but they've setup no reply. No option in app to contact anyone either. You can either sit on the phone forever or go find someone if you happen to be on the ship.

Recently we were on a cruise with 9 other people. The chat feature was not working correctly for all of us. We all had different phones hence it's difficult to say it was an individual issue or an OS problem. The app notification would indicate that there were unread messages, but within the app, the messages would not always show up. Some of the messages would be delayed after sending, and some of us would not see the message till hours later. The chat feature needs an update.
