Compared to every other store card, it's complicated to use and as my local Morrisons is only has WiFi in a three foot square area near the entrance, it's too late to input the various boosters or specials by the time you get to the tills. And no, even the most helpful of staff can't make the app open without WiFi. So, not madly impressed, as it happens.

Elaine Cooper, 2025-01-28too slow and complicated having to convert points to spend instore. wants a verification for everything which takes to long to drop into email by then its timed out and have to start again. overall not a good app. get the impression they make it hard so you cant spend your pounts so they make more money. bit of a scam thinking i might go back to tesco.
