Its a card, interest rate is too high though! If you lowered interest rate to make it easier to pay off and boost credit score. We would use it more often. It would be more competitive and more popular. I received an email as a response to this review. Requested me to call their "Care" dept. So they could look into it. I did. They didn't look into anything. Should change the name to DON'T CARE dept. No changes except mine to the review for wasting my time. Stay away from this card if you can!

Not impressed with the bank. i have been a good standing costumer for 10+ years and they won't lower my interest rate. They state lower rates are only for new customers. If I want to close my account and come back then they might be able to help. But I don't want a closed account lowering my credit scores, so I keep it for emergencies 🤷‍♀️ As for the app: 5 stars, it's effective and easy to use
