Bought a ticket from this app only to arrive at the station and find out that there was no bus since it was canceled, they said i should wait 15 days for a refund

When you pay for your ticket and sit in your seat, they ask you to get up since another person bought a ticket with the seat number. This happens everytime I use this app.. This is just a complete mess that needs realtime synchronization between the app and people who sell tickets. Thus we need many years so the Moroccans will get used to this digitization.
