The account registered on the website doesn't seem to work on the app. No reason to use it, since that would mean losing all my cashback points

Such a shame. Imagine being in the station, checking which one is your train but noone in the departure list is yours. Imagine asking everyone in the station and finding out the app is actually showing the WRONG train code. Ridiculous. The app must be able to do few things, and even those one are malfunctioning. How the hell can Trenitalia app be in production showing wrong train codes in multi-train journeys? Have you even tested it before releasing?
