I used to love this game, but it suddenly stopped working and wouldn't load anymore. I tried un and reinstalling, but it didn't save to my Google play account, so all of my save data is gone. I'm pissed because I waited 6 months to see if it would work again and it never did. Super upset and disappointed that all of my progress, including gems i bought, is gone. Edit: they couldn't do anything for me, so my review is staying. They were also very pushing with helping me when I was busy.

The storyline and characters, they are stunning. I love it. However some days later your match doesn't text you for days and notification says they're gonna unmatch you and without the option of 'kiss' you can't start the conversation thus making you leave the story in middle. It's really frustrating, i even tried to install the app again after uninstalling multiple times but it doesn't work. Please fix this, i really want to complete my story with matches.
