The app is usually very good to use but it seems as of lately, it's been buggy. Has trouble reloading the page and now I can't even book appointments because I get error messages. Quite disappointing but I hope it's fixed soon.

The worst app to register and login, not only you have to put all your information, Email and password in it, it does not auto login nor log you in the app, I had to reset my password just to know what my both my username and password is invalid, it's a waste of time if your gonna register in the app and login, for anyone who works in SEHA and its application, let the loggin by Email and NOT username, please add auto loggin, that would help considering it logging me out each time I close the app

A waste of time. Have to enter all personal details multiple times. Dob and EiD and vaccines to book each appointment. No integration with other systems to input the data automatically . Imagine the amount of wasted time of MILLIONS of people trying to book vaccines and pcr. This app is like 10 years old. Very poor execution and UX.
