Played for 13 years, app crashed due to their Facebook issues and I've lost all my Tsums and coins I've earned over the years. Unable to log back in. This is ridiculous and so sad. I know it's just a game but this is the only game I've played for years to relax after stressful days at work. I've invested so much time and money in this app and it's all gone.

Ashlie C, 2025-01-10Here we go again with their reoccurring problem of the game crashing when you open it. Force closing it and LINE does nothing, clearing the cache does nothing, restarting the device does nothing... This issue happens EVERY year for some reason, and this time I'll likely lose out on the raffle tickets and the latest campaign as a result unless they fix it ASAP. For such an old game, they sure don't seem to have any experienced programmers on it.
