Does anyone know why the app is practically unusable since the last update? It either takes forever to get from the login screen to the scan QR page, or it doesn't get there at all, and I'm left watching the circling loading thingie until I get fed up and close it. Imagine doing this dance at the gas station, with the attendant looking on nervously, wondering it they'll get into trouble. Leaving the car at the pump in search of an ATM is not fun, lemme tell ya. Krungsri, please fix it.

Just awful. It's always been unavailable at really inconvenient times. But since the latest update it has become incredibly slow as well. I have had to open an account with another bank because of how often I have been let down by this app. Please look at your in-house app testing and sort this out. I don't understand how you could 'update' your app only for it to become even less usable for customers.
