14 day free trial, but the episode I wanted to watch is behind Pay Wall. Uninstalled. I'm in the free 14 day trial. No payment info attached. After 14 day trial, there is an automatic renewal. How do I prevent this since I cannot seem to be able to delete my profile. HELP!!! It's very annoying that businesses do this. Make you never want to subscribe to anything.

Previously, I wrote a review that I was having problems with the subscription. Now, I'm experiencing problems with the network. I've been a customer of Kocowa for a while now, and I have a love-hate relationship. It disconnects me from the network altogether. It definitely is not my internet because when I watch on a different app, it works just fine. I'm tempted to cancel the subscription if this keeps up, but I miss these shows. I'm going to think hard on this.
