I placed my order 16 December 2024, I still have not recieved my order. The comms between myself and Journi have not been good. Sometimes takes 2 days to get a response which is very frustrating. The book I'm printing was a Xmas gift for my partner. As it would not arrive ontime for Xmas (which I expected), I wanted to give it as a gift for Vametines day. Now they tell me it wont arrive by the 14th of February which means I will have to buy another gift for my partner. Super Disapointing!
