App is not working properly even after providing all permissions it is not able to access photos from gallery. No use at all

I am not able to either download or share the created video after payment. Not getting replies from mails and even chat bots. No one is looking into it. I have paid Rs. 700 for the video and still I am not able to download or share my created video in "My Videos" section.
