Not very good. First off, I am aparently a robot for typing to fast and the app keeps blocking me. You cannot buy a return ticket in one go, you need to buy them separately. You cannot buy a week ticket. There's a 10 one way ticket package that costs as much as the monthly ticket. It's quite disappointing to say the least.

Forced to download the app, because Vy could not send the ticket to email like they usually do. It's kind of strange to force people onto another tool that doesn't add any extra customer value as I see it
