App is very, very slow to sync which is really, really frustrating. Sometimes it appears to be finished syncing but then I try changing the watch face and it won't let me. The constant notification to keep the app open is really invasive for me, and there no way to shut it off. Other than those frustrations, it has everything I am looking for in a fitness tracker.

Buggy and hard to configure. I have had these bip watches for years now and this new version of the app really doesn't work correctly. I can't get notifications to work half the time. I have been trying for weeks to figure out what is happening. The settings that are offered in the app do not do what they are titled. Not sure if it is a translation problem or it it is just a badly written app but this app doesn't work right and i can't use the watch with anything else. Makes the watch useless.
