My only problem i have with the app is (on my android phone,) using biometrics is extremely temperamental. Most of the time, it will say there's an error with something in the app or with the hardware but i can still use the biometrics to unlock my phone and with other apps

Is not compatible with the latest phones, I called customer service and they know its an issue but dunno when it will be fixed. They have now removed access to using the account on anything but the broken app or making payments so I now have an argos card that can't be used!!! Useless!! It's been 3 months now!! *update* 5 months and still no help or fix!
