It's very soothing and relaxes your mom when you're right on your feelings down on the paper it has a very good comparisons of how you feel and all the good stuff you should really try to add I think it's very fun it is very compassionate about your feelings you can understand the app better as you keep going on that you really have to understand it though they give you a whole lot of choices backgrounds and other fun activities to it's not just that it's the best app if you like that app the ap

It was a really great app I've never had like a better grade after this some technical difficulty like getting some words wrong but that's really it and I'm like you know like using the Google to talk to me but that's really it and I really like this app so I hope you like it too you try it out for yourself please try it's a really good five stars
