I was happy with the app but unsubscribed 3 years ago because it is too costly and my chinese had already improved so inwont need much feature. Suddenly just todaybi found that it charged me a yearly subscription a week ago! I did not do this! I was surprised when i saw my bank account get deducted the amount. Someone assist me on this please and i will take back my one star.

Sept 2024 : Having issues with my subscription renewal. Is been repetitive facing such issues each time my app goes to automatic renewal. Paid but didn't able to access the Dictionary Plus. Hope your team able to to sort this out soonest possible to avoid any interruption in accessing the app. Thank you

I like the way I get to practice listening, speaking, reading and writing at the same time. I only hope there is a better way to prolong the VIP status. Review again on 26 June 2024.....I paid for the full Dictionary Plus annual subscription. After automatic renewal, the handwriting function stopped working and I cannot key in text with chinese handwriting. Uninstalled and reinstalled, cleared cache but it still doesn't work. Please offer a solution.
