| 2025-01-28 |  | | I like this Gboard had a few bugs a week ago. I think it's working once again. Don't know what happened? Was acting crazy. 😵💫But seems it's back to normal. Never experienced anything how this was acting. Flipping in and out, going into commercials very strange. Thought maybe a viruse but it wasn't ran many checks. Thanks for your help post. I was able to get it back to normal. 😥 Whew! 🥵 Phone wasnt in operation condition because of the Gboard WOW! 🤨 Again your help & information works. |
| 2025-01-27 |  | | The autocorrect has gotten significantly worse recently. It replaces words in sentences trying to to use context to fix it. (Just had to change it during this review from "on sentences" to "in sentences" which is what I typed.) It is now slower to type with autocorrect than without because you have to fight with it. Sometimes you have to correct it's errors more than once on the same word. |
| 2025-01-24 |  | | The microphone feature is very static and faulty. It takes 3 taps to even be able to begin a sentence. I can only get two or three words in before the microphone stops on its own; despite going into the settings in giving it all the permissions it needs to fully function. It's very frustrating and maddening when I'm trying to voice type a long text message. |

Please fix this! The keyboard that came with my phone was awful, many texts and voice to speech errors. This keyboard is more compatible with my style. Clean and easy to use. |
| 2025-01-18 |  | | This keyboard is getting more and more frustrating to use. It's always changing my words, even when they're spelled correctly, to something very different. Randomly capitalizes words. And the emoji keyboard UI now takes up so much space that I can barely see two rows of emojis! I don't know if that was done to accommodate bigger screens, but I have an old, small phone, and now adding emojis is a pain with the tiny space I'm given to work with. It's awful. |

It was actually preparation of the closing statement. It appeared in the typing box and as I hit send. It was at that split second that I noticed a semi roll back of words in the box. I never experienced that before. Thank you . |
| 2025-01-14 |  | | It would be nice if the keyboard would automatically switch back to letters after placing an apostrophe into a word. Google likes to brag about its AI, yet does not offer sentence structure checking and suggestions like Samsung keyboard has. Just little things it could improve on to make typing less of a chore would be nice. The only reason I tried it was because I was having my text program has a problem with the Samsung keyboard and the text app is good enough for me to switch to Gboard. |
| 2025-01-14 |  | | the primary reason I've been using Gboard for multiple years is for the custom backgrounds. a few weeks ago mine was black when I woke up and I couldn't change to any custom backgrounds, so I left the beta, uninstalled, and reinstalled, and it came back. now it's gone again and I can't find a way to make it work. |
| 2025-01-14 |  | | Personal favorite Board.. There's probably some out there that MIGHT be a better fit..buuut.. Why fix, when nothing is broke? The Classics never go out of style. GBoard is and always will be, Top-Shelf for me.. it's just what I have always been used to using, and it's been my board ever since the early days.. and it's only ever gotten better, with no brokenness and easy usage with every new update. ..Simple. Dependable. Surprisingly Deep. User-friendly. The BOMB. |
| 2025-01-09 |  | | issues with the new update, it keeps replacing my microphone with access to my passwords. After it takes dictation, it will alter the words that were originally correct and change it to something else that makes no sense. This paragraph is a perfect example, four times I had to correct it. I don't speak with an accent, I'm not from another country, American born and bred🤬 |
