As a seller, the app works for client messages and other basic interactions, but I much prefer to work on the website, especially for custom offers and deliveries. The app gives incorrect info on some things: for example, if you request a deadline extension, it says it will be auto-declined if the buyer doesn't respond, but it's actually auto-accepted. On the other hand, you can save templates for custom offers on it, which you can't on the website. The functions just aren't very consistent.

I use Fiverr to find talented help with short term projects. The app works great and makes the process easy. They do a decent job of getting pros and have done a lot to improve communication between the contractors and business owners. So far, I've been pleased with my results. I only gave it a 4 because they shouldn't charge a service fee to tip the talent. It's unfair to us and them, especially since we pay a service fee at the initial order.
