Worst services among all service providers. Main services such as balance recharge through credit card and monthly bundle renewal are so slow and buggy, sometimes even consuming money without renewal. I really wouldn't recommend Etisalat to anyone even their signal is the worst among all providers, and not in a single location but many.

The application is good, but when the employee registered my name on it, he registered it in Arabic, and it was not possible to finally register it in English. So I hope you release an update that allows me to change my name to the language I want.
